目的:探究醒脑开窍针刺法对血管性痴呆(VD)患者的简易智能状态量表(MMSE)评分、Barthel指数及基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年1月湖南省脑科医院收治的血管性痴呆患者共110例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组采用常规针刺疗法;观察组采用醒脑开窍针刺疗法,2组疗程均为4周。比较2组患者治疗后治疗有效率及治疗前后MMSE、Barthel指数及MMP水平。结果:观察组、对照组的治疗有效率分别为92.72%和78.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者MMSE和Barthel指数均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者的MMP-2和MMP-9值均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察者组患者的MMP-2和MMP-9低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍针刺法对VD患者疗效显著,能够有效缓解痴呆症状。  相似文献

外感之邪从口鼻、皮毛侵袭人体,肺卫首先受邪。在外感病初期,肺卫失宣是病机的关键,治疗应重在宣通肺卫。外感风寒邪气,寒邪直接损伤卫阳,郁遏肺气,治当辛温解表。外感风热邪气,阳邪郁遏气机,损伤津液,易化燥化火,甚则内陷生变,治当辛凉解表。湿热邪气从口鼻、皮毛而入,初起即表现为卫气同病,治当宣化表里湿热。燥气为病,易伤肺脏、耗津液,与热相合则易化热化火,而成温燥,治宜辛凉甘润。外感热病初起,六淫邪气侵袭肺卫,气机郁滞,进而津停成饮、成痰;气有余便是火,郁滞之气化燥化火,甚则动血。治疗总则为宣通气机,此即"透法"之运用。故在外感热病初起的治疗中,贵在把握气机状态,让肺卫之气宣畅,正气宣布,则邪气潜消。  相似文献

To provide a convenient and practical synthesis process for metal ion doping on the surface of nanoparticles in an assembled nanostructure, core-shell-structured La-doped SrTiO3 nanocubes with a Nb-doped surface layer were synthesized via a rapid synthesis combining a rapid sol-precipitation and hydrothermal process. The La-doped SrTiO3 nanocubes were formed at room temperature by a rapid dissolution of NaOH pellets during the rapid sol-precipitation process, and the Nb-doped surface (shell) along with Nb-rich edges formed on the core nanocubes via the hydrothermal process. The formation mechanism of the core-shell-structured nanocubes and their shape evolution as a function of the Nb doping level were investigated. The synthesized core-shell-structured nanocubes could be arranged face-to-face on a SiO2/Si substrate by a slow evaporation process, and this nanostructured 10 μm thick thin film showed a smooth surface.  相似文献

目的:建立顶空气相色谱-质谱法测定布南色林原料药中甲磺酸甲酯、甲磺酸乙酯和甲磺酸异丙酯3种遗传毒性杂质含量的方法。方法:采用顶空气相色谱-质谱法,以甲磺酸丁酯为内标,按内标标准曲线法进行甲磺酸甲酯、甲磺酸乙酯和甲磺酸异丙酯的含量测定。色谱条件:DB-WAX毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm);程序升温,初始柱温为40℃,维持3 min,升温速率为30℃·min-1,终止温度150℃,保持2 min;进样口温度为110℃;载气(He)流速为0.6 mL·min-1;进样量为1 mL;进样方式为分流进样,分流比为20:1。质谱条件:电子轰击离子源(EI),扫描方式为选择性离子检测;离子源温度为200℃;接口温度为150℃;电子能量为70 eV;溶剂延迟1 min。结果:3种杂质成分之间的分离度均大于2.0;甲磺酸甲酯、甲磺酸乙酯、甲磺酸异丙酯检测质量浓度线性范围均为0.025~3.0 μg·mL-1r ≥ 0.998 5);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD<5%;加样回收率分别为93.40%~101.40%(RSD为3.2%,n=9)、92.80%~99.70%(RSD为2.5%,n=9)和96.30%~100.75%(RSD为1.6%,n=9)。结论:该方法简便、准确、灵敏、迅速,可用于布南色林原料药中3种遗传毒性杂质的测定。  相似文献

Absorption of drugs is the first step after dosing, and it largely affects drug bioavailability. Hence, estimating the fraction of absorption (Fa) in humans is important in the early stages of drug discovery. To achieve correct exclusion of low Fa compounds and retention of potential compounds, we developed a freely available model to classify compounds into 3 levels of Fa capacity using only the chemical structure. To improve Fa prediction, we added predicted binary classification results of membrane permeability measured using Caco-2 cell line (Papp) and dried–dimethyl sulfoxide solubility (accuracy, 0.836; kappa, 0.560). A growth chart is a powerful graphical tool displaying children's growth patterns. The aim of this study was to develop growth reference curves appropriate for Tunisian children. The collection of data from this cross-sectional study was conducted on 4358 healthy subjects (2182 girls and 2176 boys) in three pediatric centers and 15 schools. Smoothed growth curves were estimated using the LMS method. The smoothed percentile curves for height, weight, sitting height (SH), and leg length (LL) increase rapidly during the 1st years of life and then progress slowly until 18 years. However, the sitting height-to-height ratio (SHTHR) curves decrease sharply before the age of 4 and then stabilize in both sexes. In addition, the comparison between boys and girls indicated that the values are very similar at most ages. Except during puberty, the values in boys increase (P < 0.0001) for the weight, height, SH, and LL parameters and decline (P < 0.0001) in the SHTHR compared to the values in girls. The growth rate curves presented two remarkable velocity peaks: the first appears during the 1st years of life and the second at puberty. Height gains at the last stage of growth (puberty) are around 15.45% of final height for boys and 15.52% for girls. This study showed a number of discrepancies for certain age groups when comparing the median weight and height values with those of the World Health Organization, the National Center for Health Statistics, and Algerian references in both sexes. Conclusion: The smoothed percentile curves for weight and height will be useful to access the general growth of Tunisian children. Furthermore, the SH, LL, and SHTHR curves can be used to monitor body proportions during childhood.  相似文献

Data on the stability of probiotics with antibiotics delivered via gastric tube using the simple suspension method (SSM) are limited. Therefore, we investigated bacterial survivability in probiotics treated with antibiotics prepared by the SSM in vitro. Probiotics and antibiotics were suspended in 20 mL of sterilized hot water (55 °C) and then 1-mL of the suspensions were taken each at 10, 60, 120, 180 and 360 min. Thereafter, the samples were inoculated on 3 media and cultured at 37 °C for 24 h. Survival of probiotic strains was measured in colony-forming units. The growth of Clostridium butyricum did not change without antibiotics at all experimental times, but in the case of Enterococcus faecium tended to increase. On the other hand, the viable bacterial number of C. butyricum was decreased significantly by treatment with cefdinir, tosufloxacin, clarithromycin, or azithromycin, but was not altered by levofloxacin, minocycline, or vancomycin. The viable bacterial number of E. faecium was significantly decreased by treatment with tosufloxacin, levofloxacin, minocycline, vancomycin, or azithromycin, and was significantly increased by clarithromycin. In conclusion, our results suggest that the efficacy of probiotic therapies might be reduced by the SSM when specific antibiotics are used. Moreover, antibiotics might inhibit probiotic growth, although some probiotics are spore-forming and have high minimum inhibitory concentrations. Additionally, early administration of non-spore-forming bacteria might be desirable. Therefore, when patients are administered therapy combining probiotics and antibiotics by the SSM, we should consider the characteristics of the probiotics and the administration times.  相似文献
